Strawberry Lemon Smoothie
- 1 handful Strawberries
- 1/2 Lemon (Juice Only, or 1 1/4 tablespoon from bottle)
- 3/4 cup Ice
- 3/4 cup Water
- 2 packets of Truvia (or 2 teaspoons of similar sugar substitute)
Wash a handful of strawberries and remove stems. Put in blender. Add lemon juice and 2 packets/teaspoons of sweetener. Add 3/4 cup water and 3/4 cup ice. If needed, add more water or ice to adjust recipe to your preference for thickness and sweetness. Mix well. Enjoy.
